About Paul Mruk
The Paul Mruk team is best known for our ability to communicate the market, house information, the story of the home we are representing and doing what is best for our client. Since we are constantly connected to our business, when a prospective buyer or seller inquires about a property we connect with them while they are most interested. I will not be done for the day if there are unanswered emails, calls that aren't made or conversations that haven't been closed out. I am confident and calm under pressure and work to get my clients top dollar and the right buyer for their home. When someone trusts or respects us enough to hire us to represent them, we give them our attention and best effort. My genuine enthusiasm and passion is as high as it was 30 years ago when I started this career. I study the market, constantly reading about the economy, what businesses are moving into our area and the effect they will have on our market. Over the last 30 years, our team’s production qualifies us to be in the top 1/2 of 1%, we send a review form for every sale, our reviews are an assessment of what our clients have experienced. I am naturally a nerd who enjoys life, works out very hard and takes care of myself and my family. I love being outside, supporting my son’s soccer, helping my daughter with homework, being silly and discussing life. I am more than just a REALTOR®, I have a family and our relationship is strong. My wife Sally is a professional organizer and decorator. We have worked together on several homes this year. When you have a home with a young family and you're moving it can be overwhelming. It certainly is fore front in my mind when I see the stress moving can be, my goal is make sure we do what we can through communicating the market, pricing, organizing and staging the home. In 2018, we have a 1% gap between the asking and sales price. We are proud of our statistics but more importantly we are proud that we can call our past clients or see them out and about and know we do a great job.
Paul’s team is very professional, caring, and service driven. They are always ready to assist you with whatever your desires for finding a new home. I had a must have list that my new condo needed for me to give an offer. Paul found many choices. We went to many condos to chose the right one. His team has a kind spirit and you can feel it when you enter his office. I will recommend any friend I have to use his service. They will be pleased if they use him I am and will be moving in two weeks. I moved and found that the carpet was dirty and needed to be cleaned. Paul’s team assisted me in getting my carpet professionally cleaned and I did not have to pay for it. The money came from the seller’s escrow account. This was above and beyond the call of service.
Paul and Missie were so professional and optimistic. Not only did they sell our home in eight days, they found us a rental home and our future home that we will renovate over the next six months. Missie and Paul did an amazing job from start to finish. They actually found a buyer during an open house and the buyer viewed our home via facetime.
I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell, and I have already found them more happy customers!

About Melinda "Missie" McSweeney
A positive attitude and constant communication are the cornerstones of Missie’s real estate practice. Meeting her clients with an upbeat, friendly attitude coupled with keeping an open line of communication are the driving forces behind her approach to helping her clients successfully buy or sell their home.
Real Estate is a McSweeney family affair. Having her husband and in-laws in the real estate business helped influence and encourage Missie’s decision to step outside of her role in the corporate world and pursue her passion for real estate. Prior to leaving she held management and sales positions that sharpened her skills in one-on-one client relationship building, contract negotiations, business and program design, research and dispute resolution. Her ability to apply these skills to real estate has given her the experience and foundation in providing superior service and customer satisfaction.
